Consultancy agreements

Consultancy agreements

There are many reasons for engaging a consultant. They are independent contractors who are not on the payroll and may be used as much or as little as needed.

They provide a flexibility to businesses and benefits to both parties, although care is required to avoid a sham, in cases where the consultant should in reality be treated as an employee or worker. Our employment team can advise you on the terms and structure of the right consultancy agreement for the particular situation.
