Philippa trained at Hunters and qualified into the Family team in October 2021. She read Law at University College London and achieved a distinction in her LPC combined with an LLM at the University of Law.
She advises on all aspects of private family law including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce, the financial consequences of separation and all issues relating to children. She also acts for unmarried individuals on matters regarding cohabitation and Schedule 1 claims.
As a member of Resolution, Philippa is firmly committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. In addition to the court-based process, she is experienced in guiding families through non-court dispute resolution processes to bring their case to a dignified conclusion.
Philippa is an active member of the firm’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee, dedicating her time to volunteer as a mentor with London Young Lawyers Group and GROW Mentoring, as well as an adviser for a family law pro bono clinic. She is also an advocate for wellbeing in the legal profession and, having completed training with St John Ambulance, is one of Hunters’ two Mental Health Workplace First Responders.
