In many cases that doesn’t mean heading to the courts – though we’re just as successful there. Our first step is to get to know our clients’ concerns inside out. That means we can recommend a route that’s right for you. That could mean a quick, confidential solution through mediation, arbitration, early neutral evaluation, and expert determination.

When we do recommend going to the courts, we have a great breadth and depth of experience at every level: the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court. We’re well positioned – literally – to quickly apply for injunctions or other emergency measures in the law courts. Much of our work involves complex, high-value, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes for UK and overseas clients, where we might be lead or co-ordinating counsel with an extensive global network of trusted legal and professional advisers.

We act for those bringing or defending claims and are open to various funding arrangements.
