Piers is an experienced partner having advised on corporate and commercial matters since 2001. With over 20 years’ experience, he became a partner with a firm in the City, where he worked for 8 years before joining Hunters as a partner in 2023.

Piers has a broad practice advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, company re-organisations, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and investment agreements. Piers also undertakes commercial work advising on a range of commercial agreements including terms and conditions, NDAs, licence agreements and distributions agreements. He also undertakes work relating to property finance.

Piers acts for a range of clients from small start-ups, owner-managed businesses, SMEs to large multi-nationals as well as high-net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and family businesses across a range of industry sectors.
