Piers Larbey joined Hunters in 2023 and is a Partner in our Corporate & Commercial department. Piers specialises in mergers and acquisitions (public and private), as well as advising on the full range of equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, fundraisings, acquisitions and reverse takeovers and corporate governance.

Piers also advises on company reorganisations, project and development finance.

Piers acts for a range of clients from small start-ups, SMEs to companies listed on the Main Market of the Stock Exchange and AIM as well as high-net worth individuals.
