We support clients looking for simple bilateral loans or more complex syndicated agreements, and also advise on legal charges over one property or a portfolio, equity-sharing, mortgages and single or group lending structures.
For lenders, we’ll also help them determine whether the property makes for good loan security. And if it’s a development project, we can also approve construction contracts and professional team documentation, as well as acting for lenders on loans and collateral warranty documentation.
Our strong links to well-established firms in offshore jurisdictions means we regularly act for lenders or borrowers in transactions on loans to offshore companies secured on property in England and Wales.
