Associate
Lydia Chapman joined Hunters in October 2023 as a Trainee Solicitor. She qualified into the Commercial Property department in October 2025.
Lydia advises a range of clients across both rural and commercial property matters and acts on a broad range of matters including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant transactions, redevelopment, first registrations, and financing.
Prior to joining Hunters, Lydia studied Anthropology and Data Statistics at the University of Exeter, before completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University and the accelerated LPC with Distinction at the University of Law.
Outside of work, Lydia enjoys cooking, surfing and she attends St Simon Zelotes Church. She sings in the music team and leads Sunday School twice a month. Lydia is also a Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England.
