Hannah advises on rural and commercial property matters including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant transactions, easements, first registrations and financing. Hannah acts for a range of clients including owners of landed estates, a historic London estate, individuals, trustees, companies and investors.
Hannah also advises on renewable energy matters, she has experience of acting for landowners on solar farm leases and option agreements, the granting and reserving of rights, early access licences, dealing with related title issues including restrictive covenants, unregistered parcels and agricultural tenancies.
Hannah is part of Hunters’ Energy Law Group – she works with her corporate and private client colleagues to advise clients at all stages of an energy generation or storage project: from advising on the heads of terms, to reviewing funding proposals, structuring the project, due diligence and handling the transaction to completion.
Hannah is a member of the Agricultural Law Association (ALA) and part of the ALA London Branch team. Hannah is a member of the Country Land and Business Association.
Hannah read law at the University of Southampton before training and working as a journalist. On returning to law in 2018, Hannah worked as a paralegal, completed her Legal Practice Course and qualified into Hunters’ Commercial Property department in October 2022 after training at the firm.
