One couple one lawyer: Resolve at Hunters
I became a family lawyer not only because I find the work fascinating, but also because it enables me to really help people at a very challenging time in their lives. What has long been clear though, is that the traditional model under which each party instructs their own lawyer isn't always conducive to helping the family as a whole.
I'm therefore very pleased that Hunters has launched Resolve, a 'one-couple one-lawyer' service in which I advise a separating couple together on the legal issues arising from their divorce, with legal advice geared to the benefit of the whole family. As well as being a respectful and cost-effective process, it can also help the couple develop a constructive post-separation relationship.

Whilst Resolve won't suit all couples, it's a good option for divorcing couples who wish to work together to reach a fair outcome which meets the needs of the whole family.
