Sunir qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and joined Hunters Private Client Team in 2020, becoming a partner in 2023. He has a degree in Law from Durham University and undertook his training contract at a leading offshore firm in Jersey.
Sunir advises on a broad range of private client matters, including domestic and international estate planning, wills, landed estates, trusts, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney. He is a ‘Recommended lawyer’ in the Legal 500 (2025), described as having ‘the qualities you want… calm, measured, reassuring, technically brilliant and creative. You’d trust him to arrange things for the next generation’.
Sunir has completed the STEP Advanced Certificate on UK Tax for International Clients, is a fully qualified Trust and Estates Practitioner (‘TEP’) and a full member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (‘ATT’).
