Victoria Teymourian-Yates joined Hunters in 2023 as a Senior Associate in our Family department. With over a decade of experience as a family lawyer, Victoria brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice, specialising in a range of complex family law matters, including:

• Divorce
• Finances
• Domestic abuse
• Children matters
• Cohabitation
• Same-sex couples
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Divorces involving businesses and pensions (including public sector and NHS)

Victoria prioritises building strong relationships with her clients, fostering trust and understanding as she guides them through challenging situations, achieving the best possible outcome and helping them to move forward with a fresh start.

Victoria is a member of Resolution, following a Code of Practice which promotes a constructive approach to family matters, and encourages solutions which work best for everyone involved particularly children. She also sits on the committee of the Law Society Ethnic Solicitors Network, which supports solicitors from black and minority ethnic backgrounds and their allies, allowing their voices to be heard and creating opportunities for career development.

Outside of the office, Victoria is a keen traveller and has driven across five US states and the Balkans. She is a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and enjoys attending gym classes and swimming.
