We have written an article calling for a review of the law on ‘conduct’ in financial remedy cases.
We say the family court is applying an outdated understanding of domestic abuse, leading to unfair outcomes for victim-survivors. We are in the process of setting up Resolution's Economic Abuse Working Party. More to come!
