Victoria Teymourian-Yates joins as a Senior Associate in the family department
With over a decade of experience as a family lawyer, Victoria specialises in disputes relating to divorce, cohabitation, children’s matters, and injunctions. She is also able to advise on asset protection by way of prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, domestic abuse matters, and divorces involving complex businesses.

Giorgio Pizzetti joins as an Associate in the corporate and commercial department
Giorgio has a broad range of experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions, company re-organisations, shareholders’ agreements, employment ownership trusts, and company secretarial matters. He also advises on commercial agreements, including terms and conditions, framework agreements, and various business policies as required.
