With more than 55 million people having dementia worldwide, the importance of knowing what to do following a diagnosis is fundamental.

This provides clear advice on key practical steps to take regarding your finances, your wishes, and your future care; and although in some cases might lead to difficult conversations with family members and loved ones, in many cases it will help to reduce distress and difficulties later on at a time when you may no longer be able to take decisions for yourself.
