Congratulations to Gavin Smith, assistant solicitor in the Private Client Department,  who has passed his STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates with distinction.

The Diploma is an industry standard, develops a practical understanding of the law and procedures involved in trust and estate administration, tax and accounting.

Gavin Smith qualified in 2011 and joined May, May & Merrimans, before the firm joined forces with Hunters in 2015, as an Associate in 2012. His work covers a broad range of areas and he has a particular interest in estate planning, wills, powers of attorney and mental capacity issues.
