Renewable energy

Renewable energy

The Government has an obligation to ensure that renewable energy production increases year by year.

That renewable energy is mostly produced in the countryside. Holding the balance between the benefit of such schemes, the preservation of the amenity and beauty of the land & the commercial interests of the farm or estate is difficult. If a decision is made to enter such a scheme, it is important that the documentation clearly reflects the agreement reached, and ensures that benefits flow to the estate. We can help with this, and ensure that the impact on the estate is minimised, and the land restored when the scheme comes to an end. The aim is to ensure that energy flows out and money flows in.
