In the early stages we’ll help negotiate and settle planning, highway and infrastructure agreements. We’re known for working co-operatively with other parties to acquire land for development – through promotion or collaboration agreements or options of conditional sale agreements.
We also advise on preparing and negotiating building contracts and appointing a professional team. Where there are collateral warranties involved, we’ll advise on preparing bespoke warranties or negotiating standard trade, professional body forms or warranty.
For completed developments, we advise on pre-listing and disposal.
