We endeavour to co-operate effectively with the other parties involved in the acquisition of land for development, whether that be by means of promotion or collaboration agreements or options of conditional sale agreements.

We advise on the preparation and negotiation of building contract documentation and professional team appointments. Where collateral warranties are required as part of a contract or appointment package, or for potential tenants, funders or purchasers, we advise on the preparation of acceptable forms of bespoke warranties and/or on negotiating standard trade or professional body generated forms of warranty.

We also provide advice on the pre-listing and/or disposal of completed developments.
