Rural Land & Business

Diversification

Diversification

For many years the yields from agricultural land farmed in the conventional way have been low, and have proved insufficient to cover costs and build up capital sums for the needs of a rural business (and landed estate).

The impetus towards diversification to provide non-agricultural sources of income started many years ago, and has in many cases been extremely successful in providing the cash needed. We have been involved in many different schemes over the years and thus have experience which can usefully be applied to the consideration of opportunities as they arise. Our team have been involved in not only farming crops and energy, but gin distilleries, vineyards, tourism, even zoos.

We identify our clients’ needs and tailor our work to each set of circumstances, providing high quality, cost effective advice. We are a multi-disciplinary practice and work collaboratively to provide a comprehensive service across all of our practice areas.
