Charity personnel

At the end of the day, charities depend on the people who run them – whether as trustees or volunteers, or as paid personnel. We provide a tailor made personnel service for our charity clients.

For trustees, we undertake induction and training sessions. We produce risk management criteria, investment policies and procedures, conflict of interest profiles and CRB questionnaires.

For paid personnel, we handle terms and conditions of employment, staff handbooks and self-employed service contracts.

We advise on the impact of numerous regulations which govern the daily life of trustees and others working for charities from the Bribery Act through to the latest pension legislation.

We hold various seminars throughout the year covering current topics which affect charity personnel.

Charity Experts

We identify our clients’ needs and tailor our work to each set of circumstances, providing high quality, cost effective advice. We are a multi-disciplinary practice and work collaboratively to provide a comprehensive service across all of our practice areas.
