Safina Mitha joined Hunters in December 2025 as an Associate in our Family and Relationships team.

Safina advises on all aspects of family law, with particular expertise in children matters. Her work includes complex international children cases, including child abduction, wardship, registration and enforcement of foreign orders, stranded spouses and forced marriage.

Safina is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Child Abduction and Children Law and has three years’ post‑qualification experience. She studied law at Queen Mary University of London.

Outside of her legal practice, Safina volunteers at Temple Legal Centre, providing support to those who may otherwise struggle to access legal advice.
