Pat Fernandes joined Hunters in 2022 as our HR Director. Working ‘hands-on’ in the business and closely with the firm’s Management Committee and Operations Team, Pat and her team work hard to deliver bespoke HR solutions and strategies to help meet business objectives and drive positive change.

At an operational level, the team provides HR support, balancing individual needs with the needs of the business, focusing on wellbeing, development, and attracting and retaining the best talent.

Prior to joining Hunters, Pat worked in the oil and gas sector for 14 years. She started her career in the legal industry over 25 years ago. Pat is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a Master’s in Occupational & Business Psychology.

Pat is also the Chair of Hunters’ EDI Committee, whose goal is to build an environment where individuals can thrive, and that equality, diversity and inclusion are embedded into the culture and values of the firm.
