Leah Krishnarayan joined Hunters in September 2025 as a Trainee Solicitor. She is currently working in our Private Client department.

Before joining Hunters, Leah completed her LLB at the University of Durham, graduating in 2023, and is currently undertaking a Master of Jurisprudence at the same university, due to graduate in January 2026. During her postgraduate studies, she worked as a Family Law tutor for the University of Durham Law Department

While at university, Leah volunteered for the Witness Service with Citizens Advice, supporting witnesses giving evidence in Crown Court. She also worked with Families in Care, a Newcastle-based charity, through the Durham Pro Bono Society, helping provide information and support to parents navigating the legal system.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and walking in the Yorkshire Dales.
