Izabella Brooks joined Hunters in 2024 as an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department, following our merger with Peachey & Co LLP.

Izabella advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, intellectual property, commercial dispute resolution, and commercial real estate. She has experience handling multi-jurisdictional elements and working with multinational companies.

She has worked with both private and public companies on corporate finance, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Hunters, Izabella was a Trainee Solicitor at Peachey & Co and qualified in 2024. She has prior experience working for one of the largest intellectual property law firms in Europe and with the in-house legal counsel of an international conglomerate listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.

Izabella holds a BA in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) in 2020. She then obtained her Legal Practice Course (LPC) and MSc in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law in 2021.
