Giorgio Pizzetti joined Hunters in 2023 as an Associate in our corporate and commercial department.

He has a broad range of experience that includes advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial work, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Company reorganisation
• Shareholder agreements
• Employment ownership trusts
• Company secretarial matters

He also undertakes commercial work advising on a range of commercial agreements, including terms and conditions, framework agreements and various policies that businesses are required to put in place.

Giorgio gains great satisfaction in getting his clients the results they want. Understanding what his client needs is at the core of his practice, and ensuring the best possible outcome for his client is his driver.

Outside of the office, Giorgio is an avid runner and football fan, with a keen interest in trying out new recipes and visiting new restaurants. He is fluent in Italian.
