Francesca joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at Hunters in 2026, having qualified in 2024.

She advises clients across a broad range of contentious matters, providing clear, strategic and commercially focussed advice.

Francesca advises both claimants and defendants on a range of commercial matters, including shareholder and contractual disputes. She acts in complex contentious trust and probate claims covering claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependents) Act 1975 and challenging or defending the validity of a Will. Francesca also handles property disputes, spanning landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes and TOLATA claims.

Francesca is currently undertaking the ACTAPS course and is a member of ConTrA. Outside of work, Francesca enjoys running and discovering new cuisines while travelling.
