Flora Hipkin
Paralegal
Flora joined Hunters in 2023 and has progressed to a Paralegal in the Corporate and Commercial and Litigation and Dispute Resolution departments.
Within her role, Flora provides support to her team and clients in a range of areas, including:
- M&A transactions
- Corporate governance
- Employment
- Intellectual property disputes
- Litigation case management
Flora studied History BA at Queen Mary University of London. Whilst she was there, she organised several sports-related charity initiatives. She also has an MA Law degree at The University of Law.
Outside of work Flora plays hockey with the East London Hockey Club.

- Assisted with advising EARNZ PLC on a secondary issue, retail offer and the acquisition of Zero Carbon Group Limited.
- Assisted in advising Bergman & Beving on its acquisition of A1S.
- Assisted AJ Lucas in a settled LCIA arbitration.
- Assisted in advising EARNZ PLC on its acquisition of A&D Carbon Solutions Ltd for £2.8 million in cash and shares.
- Assisted in advising Q5D on its Series A Funding round, securing $13.5 million of funding.
- Assisted in advising Mondaq Limited on its sale to Legalease, the owner of Legal500.
