Farriah Shams joined Hunters in 2024 and is an Associate in our Residential Property department.

Farriah is committed to providing high-quality service and ensuring smooth transactions for individual and corporate clients in connection with both freehold and leasehold properties under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Farriah has a wide range of experience in all types of residential property matters, including:

• Sales
• Purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfer of Equity
• Buy to Let acquisitions.

Farriah holds an LLB from the University of Bedfordshire and completed her LPC at The College of Law.

Outside of the office, Farriah enjoys playing badminton and going to the gym. She also enjoys socialising with friends and family, baking and exploring new destinations.

Farriah is fluent in Urdu and Punjabi.
