Caroline Foulger joined Hunters in 2025 as a Partner in our Private Client department.
Caroline specialises in estate planning and advises on wills, trusts, Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax as well as Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also has considerable experience in estate and trust administration including as a professional executor and trustee.
Caroline’s work often involves advising family-owned businesses on succession planning and working with families where members of the family have vulnerabilities or additional needs, typically involving the use of trusts and applications to the Court of Protection.
Prior to joining Hunters, Caroline was a Partner at a regional law firm based in Guildford. She qualified as a solicitor in 2009.
She graduated with a LLB (Hons) from King’s College London in 2005, having also completed a year of legal studies at the Universiteit Leiden in the Netherlands. She completed the Legal Practice Course at Inns of Court School of Law in London in 2007.
Outside of work, Caroline is a keen follower of football and enjoys dressmaking and tailoring in her spare time.
