Bianca King joined Hunters in 2024 as an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department, following our merger with Peachey & Co.

Bianca assists with corporate finance, project finance and M&A transactions (for both private and public companies) including managing due diligence (buy side and sell side) and verification exercises. She also has experience in advising clients on employment law, property law and dispute resolution and provides company secretarial services for several of the firm’s clients.

Before joining Hunters, Bianca worked at Peachey & Co from 2013. Initially employed as an Accounts Assistant, she completed her AAT Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting.

Showing an interest and aptitude in law, Bianca switched professions, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2021 and becoming a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in 2022.

Notable matters:

• Advised the shareholders of Busworks Limited on the sale of the company to Workspace Plc in a deal valuing the business at £45m.
• Advised Gresham House in their investment in Fischer Farms (indoor hydroponic farming).
• Advised on a string of 30 (and counting) acquisitions for a single private equity backed client on a buy and build strategy.
