Abigail advises lenders, private individuals, corporate entities, landlords, tenants and developers on a broad range of residential property matters. Her experience includes sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let acquisitions.

Abigail studied Law at the University of Essex and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law. She has over two years of PQE  in residential property law.
