Scott Battram
Scott qualified as a solicitor in May 2016 at a niche property firm based in the West End and joined Hunters in July 2019, specialising in residential property.
He advises on a broad range of residential property matters, with the main focus on the acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold properties for international and domestic high net worth individuals, developers and companies. He also has experience of acting for lenders on purchases of buy-to-lets and new-build properties along with re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
