Mary Elliott
Mary read Law at University College London and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 1990. She trained with May May & Merrimans, becoming a partner in 1995 and joining Hunters on the merger of the two firms in 2015.
Mary has a broad range of experience in the private client field. She has considerable experience of advising individuals, families and trustees on wills and estate planning, powers of attorney, and all aspects of the creation, management and distribution of UK trusts, as well as probate and estate administration, often involving complex areas of expertise. Her work also involves supervising other members of the Private Client team in relation to the full range of private client work, including probate.
