Jothein joined Hunters in April 2020, and has over 30 years’ experience in trust and estates administration.

His background is primarily in accounting and tax, having qualified as a member of the Association  of Accounting Technicians (AAT) in 1988. Jothein previously worked for various well respected mid-tier accountancy and legal firms and, as well as his solid background in the compliance aspects of trust and estates work, he has practical knowledge and experience of advisory projects on Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax planning and offshore issues for trustees, beneficiaries, high net worth individuals and owners family businesses.
