James Mabey

After gaining a first class degree in Classics at The University of Bristol, James trained with Farrer & Co.

James qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined Hunters’ Private Client Department in 2011. James’ work includes advising on aspects of trust law, wills, powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters and probate and estate administration, where he has considerable experience. He also advises on tax and estate planning for UK-domiciled individuals and has experience in cross-border estates.





James is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
