Hunters supports the King’s Start-up Accelerator
Partner, Rory Wilson and Associate, Izabella Brooks of our Corporate & Commercial department spent the afternoon of 22 January 2025 supporting the King's Start-up Accelerator.
They ran an ‘office hours’ clinic where founders participating in the accelerator program could come in and ask questions in a private and confidential setting. They covered a wide range of subjects, from equity allocations and vesting, to sales processes and dealing with customers in foreign jurisdictions.
Talking to founders about their ideas and ambitions is always inspiring and motivating, but often highlights the number of potential legal snags and pitfalls they face as they look to revolutionise or evolve their target industries.
