Hunters co-hosts roundtable with The Dura Society
Hunters was delighted to co-house a roundtable with The Dura Society on 7 May at our office in Lincoln’s Inn. We welcomed guests from the legal, property, banking and wealth management sectors.
Our external speaker was Cecilia Tyynelä, a business leader, strategic advisor and coach with over 15 years of experience in the financial and investment sectors. Cecilia co-founded Alpine Macro, a global macroeconomic research firm, where she led the EMEA business and drove international growth. Now based in London, she supports high-achieving professionals through career transitions, business building, and leadership development.
Cecilia led a reflective and practical workshop designed to help participants align their career direction with personal values and long-term vision. The session offered thoughtful frameworks, practical tools and a space for open, honest conversation around the table.
Hunters’ partners Olivia Piercy and Caroline Foulger also spoke at the event, addressing the complex issue of economic abuse within family structures and marriages. Their discussion explored the impact of this type of abuse, how to guard against and how to identify it to help loved ones and professional clients who have fallen victim to it.
Caroline commented: “Being able to inform and share ideas in such a friendly and relaxed forum was refreshing. Hearing people’s real life experiences, and that what was said may well galvanise them into action in dealing with a thorny issue or two that had been left unresolved for too long, was really nice to hear.”
