Hunters announces merger with Peachey & Co LLP
We are excited to announce that Hunters has merged with Peachey & Co LLP, a respected boutique corporate and commercial law firm.
The merged firm will offer an expanded Commercial and Corporate offering in the areas of corporate finance (public and private markets), mergers and acquisitions, project and asset finance and commercial dispute resolution, including experts in competition, employment, energy, financial services, shipping, TMT and intellectual property.
Like Hunters, Peachey & Co has had a reputation for outstanding service since the 1700s. This merger further expands our cross-departmental capabilities and enables us to offer specialist services across a wider spectrum.
David Wilson, Senior Partner from Peachey & Co, is now the Head of our Corporate and Commercial team. Commenting on the merger, David said: “I am delighted to be stepping into the role of the Head of Commercial at Hunters, working with Piers Larbey and his team to deliver strategic corporate advice and pragmatic commercial solutions for clients across sectors and jurisdictions.”
Henry Hood, Senior Partner, added: “I could not be more delighted to be announcing the merger with Peachey & Co. David Wilson leads a team of excellent lawyers whose addition to our ranks achieves a long-held ambition to expand our Corporate and Commercial team and with it the service that we can offer our clients.”

The team is committed to supporting the growth and success of start-ups and innovative ventures, helping entrepreneurs to navigate the complex commercial landscape from seed funding and follow-on finance (debt and equity) through to exit/IPO.
