Hunters advises Worldover on its £2 million Seed 2 Funding Round

Hunters advised product compliance and data management platform provider Worldover on its £2 million ‘Seed 2’ funding round, led by Chalfen Ventures, with participation from existing investor Entrepreneurs First.

Worldover was launched in 2022 by co-founders Edward Alun-Jones and Christopher Gudde following their successful participation in the Entrepreneurs First incubator program. The Worldover platform is a collaborative management system that automates product lifecycle management and compliance for cosmetics brands, manufacturers, suppliers and distributors; providing a system that reduces the manual data work required in the process of launching chemical products to the market. Enhancing AI and automation, Worldover provides world-wide global regulatory coverage and can assist brands with formulation design for new products.

Worldover was previously advised by Peachey & Co LLP in their Seed Funding Round, raising £3 million in 2022, and became a client of Hunters following the merger of Peachey & Co LLP and Hunters Law LLP in November 2024.
