Hunters advises Wogen Resources on its acquisition of a majority stake in Peak Alloys

Hunters has advised Wogen Resources Limited, a leading global specialist metals and minerals trading group, on its strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Peak Alloys Limited, an established trader and recycler of high value nickel and cobalt superalloys based in Sheffield, England.

The Hunters team was led by Nicholas Alun-Jones (Partner) and assisted by Rory Wilson (Partner), Jonathan Dobkin (Partner, Commercial Property), Bianca King (Associate) and Marie Schwab (Senior Paralegal).
