Hunters advises Bergman & Beving on its acquisition of A1S

Hunters has advised Bergman & Beving, the Swedish listed industrial group (BERG B), on its acquisition of all shares in A1 Shutters Limited (“A1S”), a leading UK supplier of certified fire curtains and fire shutters. A1S, based in Bolton, Lancashire, has 54 employees and generates annual revenues of just over £9 million with solid profitability.

The Hunters team was led by Rory Wilson (Partner), assisted by Clare Brennan (Partner), Jonathan Dobkin (Partner, Commercial Property), Sam Young (Associate), Hannah Herbert-Owen (Trainee) and Flora Hipkin (Paralegal).
