Employment Tribunal compensation thresholds

From 2/2/2012, the statutory cap on weekly pay for the purpose of calculating statutory redundancy pay is to increase to £430 (from £400).

From the same date the maximum basic award for unfair dismissal will increase to £12,900 (from £12,000), and the maximum compensatory award for  unfair dismissal will increase to £72,300 (from £68,400). For further information please contact Chloe Vernon.
