Amy Scollan comments on Hunters’ use of social media to attract and increase the diversity of job candidates in EPrivateClient

In April 2022 the FCA issued a policy statement confirming the introduction of diversity and inclusion (D&I) rules requiring UK listed companies to report information against targets on the representation of women and ethnic minorities on their boards and executive management teams.

While the rules only apply to listed companies, the change represents a wider societal focus on ensuring D&I in the workplace…
